Christian Character, Holiness & Forgiveness
Develop Christlike character through holiness, integrity, forgiveness, humility, obedience, and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
The Christian life is meant to be recognizable not only in what we believe, but also in how we speak, make decisions, handle conflict, treat other people, and respond when no one is watching. Christian character develops as you learn to follow the example of Jesus Christ, submit your choices to Scripture, and allow the Holy Spirit to shape attitudes and actions. This pathway serves new believers learning how faith changes everyday conduct, established Christians pursuing deeper maturity, and those guiding others through discipleship.
Holiness is not a claim to personal perfection or superiority over others. It is the ongoing pursuit of a life set apart for God, expressed through integrity, truthfulness, humility, self-control, love, and obedience. Spiritual growth includes recognizing harmful habits, accepting correction, making amends where appropriate, and cultivating consistency between public ministry and private life. Through these studies you can examine what biblical teaching says about the heart as well as outward behaviour.
Forgiveness is a central part of Christian character, but it must not be confused with pretending that harm never occurred. Forgiving someone does not automatically restore trust, remove reasonable boundaries, or require returning to an unsafe relationship. Reconciliation may involve accountability, changed conduct, wisdom, and time. This family explores grace, repentance, healthy discernment, and the challenge of responding to hurt without allowing bitterness to direct your future.
