Jehovah, God and Lord,
I am guilty of taking away time from serving and praising you and spending it being caught up online.
Forgive me father and help me to be more wise, to heed your words and direction, and to use these tools to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Lord, in the name of Jesus, I rebuke the spirit of distraction and its influence on me. I pray that I be filled and covered under your blood and mercy, in Jesus name, Amen.
