No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.- ROMANS 8:39
The Word
There is no cause to worry about where we shall end up as Christians, if we believe wholly and solely in this statement. Fear, doubt and worry should not be apart or in our mind after reading and claiming such a promise.
This promise is eternal and is as old as time.
20 For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory.- 2 Corinthians 1:20 NLT
One can take comfort in the fact that God loves me/you so much that He promised that nothing shall get in between us and Him.
It is a choice though as much as it is a promise. If we despise Him, rebel against His laws and precepts and we die, before receiving salvation and coming back to Him, then we shall eternally be separated from His presence.
This is a sad ending; one worth worrying about.
But, If you share the desire to be with God as he clearly shares, then nothing created and outside of God can keep me/you from Him.
My/Our heart shall freely make her boast to everyone, in Him and shall be comforted by this promise. Every word spoken by God must come through, even when heaven and earth pass away. Even when death has taken my/your life and when we doubt; His word and promises will hold true.
But his word will direct us and align us to His will. For His word said, ‘Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.’ – Psalm 119:105
Even when we rebel and live in sin.
Even when we fornicate and desecrate.
Even when we are stubborn and blind.
Even when the enemy deceives us.
Even when we feel that God has deserted us.
“Neither death nor life,
neither angels nor demons,
neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—
not even the powers of hell..”
His promise holds true. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—will ever be able to separate us from the love of God – God himself.
Now I move in faith knowing He, desires that we have faith in Him Hebrews 11:6.

Amy Grant – Thy Word Lyrics
And a light unto my path.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
And think I’ve lost my way.
Still, you’re there right beside me.
Nothing will I fear
As long as you are near;
Please be near me to the end.
And a light unto my path.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
Your love for me and yet,
My heart forever is wandering.
Jesus by my guide,
And hold me to your side,
And I will love you to the end.
As long as you are near;
Please be near me to the end.
And a light unto my path.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
And a light unto my path.
You’re the light unto my path.
