Keep Your Head Up and Smile
By: Denise N. Fyffe
I want to encourage you that no matter what you’re going through, keep your head up and smile. When you do this you are walking by faith.
When people go through life ugly, mean, nasty, and sad, they are manifesting the absence of a merry heart.
A merry heart will make a joyful face.
In His Word, God gives us all wisdom and knowledge needed for Godly living.
You have what you need to expose and dispose of every scheme of the enemy in your life. Jesus has the victory and so do you because Christ in you is the hope of glory.
Be encouraged.
A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. – Proverbs 17:22 (ESV)
A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed. – Proverbs 15:13 (ESV)
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. – 1 John 4:18 (ESV)
Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. – Isaiah 53:4 (ESV)
Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad. – Proverbs 12:25 (ESV)
