Trusting God’s Purpose in Life’s Trials
By: Jeremiah, Servant of the Living God
God always has a reason for the trials we face. We just need to trust Him. I vividly remember going through a season of challenges and difficulties. It took me quite a while to realize that God was fully aware of what I was experiencing.

That’s when I decided to draw closer to Him. I began fasting, praying, and reading my Bible every day. One night, I had a dream where someone dressed in white assured me, “Keep moving forward, I am with you.”
It was then that I started understanding the purpose behind my struggles.
You see, God can speak to us through dreams. He uses dreams to reveal the past, present, and future. In fact, many people throughout history have received messages from God through their dreams (Numbers 12:5-9). We simply need to pray and seek His interpretation. May God guide us in understanding our dreams.
Remember, God also spoke to Solomon in a dream (1 Kings 3:5-15). No matter what you’re going through, trust in God. Don’t let your challenges separate you from Him. Trust Him by immersing yourself in His Word, the Bible. Allow His Word to dwell in your heart and propel you forward. Through Christ, you have become a new creation.
Read 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
“Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Let’s pray together: “God, do new things in my life, for You have promised to supply all our needs” (Philippians 4:19). Just as God led the children of Israel through the wilderness instead of taking them on a shorter route, we must trust that He has a purpose for our journey, even when it seems challenging (Exodus 13:17-18).
The most important thing in life is to trust and believe in God. Keep praying and fasting as you draw closer to Him.
Show kindness and avoid wickedness (Proverbs 28:1).
Humble yourself before God and others, for you never know when God will send His angels your way in unexpected forms (2 Chronicles 7:13-15).
“13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attend unto the prayer that is made in this place.”
Fear God, for it brings security and peace (Proverbs 14:26-27).
