Letter From the Prayer Desk: Dear Jo, Declare Total Deliverance Over Your Son’s Mind
Dear Sister in Christ,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing this prayer request for your son. My heart rejoices to hear that at such a young age, Elijah has made the powerful decision to follow Christ wholeheartedly. This is a testimony of God’s hand upon his life, and we believe the Lord will continue to strengthen and preserve him.
We stand with you in prayer, asking God for total deliverance over Elijah’s mind from every attack of the enemy. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers him and that the Spirit of God will anoint him afresh, filling him with wisdom, peace, and unshakable faith.
As the Word of God says:
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).
We claim this promise over Elijah’s life today.
We also pray for his academic success—that the Lord will grant him focus, discipline, and clarity of thought so that he prospers in his studies. May his walk with God open doors of favor and set him apart as a young man of destiny.
Please continue to encourage Elijah to stay in the Word daily, to pray with persistence, and to remain in fellowship with believers who will strengthen his journey. This season of testing is proof of his calling and destiny, and the enemy is threatened. But greater is He that is in Elijah than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Is God calling you to confess your sins, be baptized and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? Have you been ignoring him? Have you been facing immense hardships and challenges? What can you do to take the first step?
Trust God to help you with that first step.
Be encouraged.
Be bold.
