Opening Scripture
“If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” – Matthew 18:19 (NKJV)
Introduction
Earlier this week, I was reflecting on a time when a small prayer group I was part of saw a breakthrough that none of us could have achieved alone. We had been praying for a family in crisis, and after weeks of what felt like no progress, something shifted almost overnight. Looking back, I realized it was the power of agreement and unity at work — one of the spiritual weapons God has given us.
In Spiritual Warfare: Born into Battle, I explain that some victories require more than individual effort; they require the combined force of believers standing together. Today, we’ll explore the final four weapons in your arsenal: Agreement & Unity, Consecration & Holiness, The Blood & Name of Jesus, and The Fruit of the Spirit.
Agreement & Unity – Force Multipliers
Agreement is a spiritual amplifier. Jesus promised that when two or three agree in prayer, Heaven responds (Matthew 18:19–20). Unity doesn’t mean we all think exactly alike; it means we are aligned in purpose, faith, and love. In Acts 2, the early church prayed “with one accord” — and the Holy Spirit moved powerfully. Division, on the other hand, drains spiritual strength. That’s why the enemy works so hard to sow offense and suspicion. Guarding unity is not optional; it’s warfare strategy.
Consecration & Holiness – Protective Fire
Holiness is not about legalism; it’s about removing anything that gives the enemy legal ground. Ephesians 4:27 warns, “nor give place to the devil.” In the book (p. 107), I share how consecration — setting yourself apart for God — acts like a firewall around your life. This means refusing mixture: no occult curiosities, no hidden sin, no unforgiveness. Holiness keeps your other weapons sharp and effective.
The Blood & Name of Jesus – Legal Authority
Revelation 12:11 says we overcome “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of [our] testimony.” The blood of Jesus cleanses, protects, and answers every accusation. The Name of Jesus carries the authority of Heaven itself (Philippians 2:9–11). When you pray or command in His Name, you are not speaking on your own authority — you are enforcing His victory. In the book, I explain how these two work together: the blood secures your position; the Name executes the verdict.
The Fruit of the Spirit – Character as a Weapon
Galatians 5:22–23 lists love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These are not passive virtues; they are active weapons. The enemy expects you to respond in the flesh — anger for anger, insult for insult. When you respond in the opposite spirit, you disarm him. Patience frustrates provocation; joy strangles despair; peace silences panic. In warfare, your character can close doors the enemy is trying to enter.
Practical Exercise for the Week
Choose one of these four weapons and focus on it for the next 7 days.
- If it’s unity, reconcile with someone you’ve been distant from.
- If it’s holiness, remove one thing from your life that doesn’t honor God.
- If it’s the blood and Name, pray them over your home daily.
- If it’s fruit of the Spirit, pick one fruit and practice it intentionally in every interaction.

- Which of these four weapons do I most need to strengthen right now, and what one step will I take this week to do it?

These four weapons complete the arsenal God has placed in your hands.
