The RTCLM Academy for Christian Education (RACE) is the formal educational arm of Revealing the Christian Life Ministry (RTCLM). The Academy officially launched in December 2025. It was established to provide structured, biblically grounded education. The aim is to offer purpose-driven Christian education for believers seeking depth, clarity, and spiritual maturity.
Courses have been offered through the ministry for several years. However, the launch of RACE marks a strategic transition. It moves into a governed, curriculum-based academy designed to support long-term formation, leadership development, and responsible ministry practice.
RACE exists to serve learners who desire more than inspiration. These learners are committed to understanding biblical truth. They apply and steward this truth with integrity and wisdom.

Mission & Vision

The Five Core Pillars

Academic Leadership
Mission and Educational Vision
The mission of RTCLM Academy for Christian Education is to train, equip, and form believers through sound biblical teaching, spiritual discernment, and practical application, preparing them to live, lead, and serve effectively in their God-given callings.
The Academy’s educational vision is rooted in the conviction that Christian learning must be:
- Biblically faithful
- Spiritually discerning
- Ethically governed
- Practically applicable
RACE emphasizes formation over information. It guides learners to grow in understanding, maturity, and responsibility. Learners are stewards of God’s Word and work.
The Five Core Pillars
All courses and learning pathways within RACE are organized under five foundational pillars that shape the Academy’s curriculum and direction:
- Personal Development
Fostering spiritual growth, discernment, faith, courage, and disciplined Christian living. - Christian Education
Training believers to teach, disciple, and educate others with biblical accuracy and spiritual wisdom. - Leadership Development
Equipping leaders to serve with integrity, humility, accountability, and sound judgment. - Ministry Foundations
Preparing individuals to build, govern, and sustain ministries—whether church-based, online, or hybrid—according to biblical principles. - Professional Development
Supporting the integration of faith, ethics, communication, and excellence within professional and vocational contexts.
These pillars ensure coherence, depth, and intentional progression across all Academy offerings.
Learning Pathways and Course Structure
RTCLM Academy for Christian Education follows a clearly defined three-level course structure:
- 101 – Foundational Courses
Introductory, accessible courses designed to establish core understanding. Many 101 courses are offered free to encourage entry and exploration. - 201 – Intermediate Courses
Applied and structured learning for students ready to deepen understanding and practical engagement. These courses may be free or paid. - 301 – Advanced Courses
Leadership-level instruction for mature learners. These courses are paid and may include certificate eligibility, reflecting increased depth, accountability, and responsibility.
Course numbering serves as the main indicator of depth and rigor.

RACE serves a diverse but intentional learning community, including:
- New and growing believers seeking solid foundations
- Mature Christians desiring deeper understanding
- Teachers, trainers, and discipleship leaders

Academic Leadership and Oversight
RTCLM Academy for Christian Education (RACE) operates under clear academic oversight and formal curriculum governance. This framework ensures doctrinal integrity, maintains ethical teaching standards, and promotes consistency and quality across all courses and learning pathways.
The Academy is founded and directed by Minister Denise N. Fyffe (M. Ed), a Christian educator and academic practitioner with over twenty years of experience in education, training, and curriculum development. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and other postgraduate qualifications in Education. Minister Fyffe also has a Bachelor’s degree in Career Development and Counseling.
