Deceptive Dreams & Spiritual Discernment
A Scripture-centered gateway for testing troubling, misleading or spiritually questionable dream experiences.
Test the Message
Spiritual discernment requires more than asking whether a dream felt supernatural. A dream should never be used to override Scripture, justify sin, produce reckless action or place a dreamer beyond biblical accountability. RTCLM’s approach is to test the message, examine its fruit and seek God in prayer rather than reacting from fear.
This gateway complements, rather than duplicates, RTCLM’s established teaching in The Source of Dreams and Visions and the broader Dream Warfare & Night Encounters resource.

Steward the Dream: Record It
Write the dream or vision down while the details are fresh. Record the date, people, setting, words, symbols, emotions and what happened before and after. Return to your journal prayerfully over time. Patterns, confirmations and later events can deepen understanding, help you recognize how God may be communicating with you, and help you identify the kind of dreamer you are becoming. Do not rely on memory alone.
