Christians are unfinished.

You cannot wait until you think you are ready to follow Christ, because you will never be ready.

You will never be fit to follow the Lord. You will never be worthy to be His Child, if you wait until you have made yourself that.

When Christ calls us, he calls us to a new life. He makes us new people. Heed His calling, when he says’ “Follow Me, I will make you …”
