Lord, I am angry.

It is with a heavy heart, a battered soul and a flailing spirit that I turn to you. Father, my temper is getting the best of me and I have no leash.

I pray that you intercede with a calming spirit and help me to implement better coping mechanisms on how to handle the things that affect me, negatively, in this life.

I am afraid and fully cognizant of the potential consequences. Jesus, in your name,

I pray for another divine intervention.

I pray to be released from rash reactions.

I pray for a soothing touch from you.

I thank you, for always giving a listening ear and caring,

… in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
