Letter From the Prayer Desk: Dear RS, Walk in God’s Favor and Peace
Beloved in Christ,
We are praying for you, and our hearts go out to you. Facing hostility in the workplace—especially when the reason is unclear—can be discouraging and painful. But take heart, God is your defender, your provider, and the lifter of your head. He can make even your enemies be at peace with you and open doors for a much better opportunity in His perfect timing.
Scripture reminds us:
“When a man’s ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.” (Proverbs 16:7)
While the enemy may try to bring division, rejection, or unfair treatment, God is the One who holds your destiny. Your current job does not define your future—God does. Even when it feels like doors are closing, trust that God is leading you to a better, more peaceful place.
A Prayer for You
Heavenly Father,
We lift up RS before You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, You see the challenges in this workplace, the tension, and the unexplained hostility. We pray that You soften the heart of the MD and remove any spirit of rejection or unfair treatment. Where there is misunderstanding, let there be clarity. Where there is coldness, let there be peace.
Father, we ask for a new job opportunity—one filled with peace, favor, and joy. Lead R to the place where she can thrive without constant stress and hostility. Open doors that no man can shut, and let her next workplace be one of great purpose and fulfillment.
Lord, if there is anything unseen working against her—whether it be envy, jealousy, or unseen spiritual opposition—we break it in the name of Jesus. Every barrier set against her success, every attempt to block her favor, let it be removed in Jesus’ name. Let Your favor rest upon her and let every helper You have assigned to her life be fully restored.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
Praying for Favor and the Restoration of Helpers
If you feel that people who once supported you have turned against you, pray these words in faith:
“Lord, I thank You for being my ultimate source of favor. Today, I come against anything that has turned my helpers away from me. If there is any misunderstanding, jealousy, or unseen barrier that has created enmity, I break it now in Jesus’ name. Let every helper You have placed in my life be restored. I walk in Your favor, and no plan of the enemy shall hinder my breakthrough. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Breaking Barriers of Envy and Rejection
Sometimes, rejection comes not because of anything we have done, but because of the favor of God upon us. Joseph was rejected by his brothers because of his divine calling. David was looked down upon before he was crowned king. But in the end, God’s plan prevailed.
Declare this over yourself:
- “For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:12)
- “No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against me in judgment I shall condemn.” (Isaiah 54:17)
- “The heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, and He turns it wherever He wills.” (Proverbs 21:1)
