The Prophet
Prophet Israel Olanrewaju is authentic and is the real deal.
He is like an Old Testament servant of God who stepped right out of the bible. There is no compromise. His faith is true. His calling is Bonafide. His heart, faith, and purpose are rooted in God Almighty. He has withstood the trials of life, and of his calling, to meet the needs of people. Many people also sleep on the mountain, day or night, until they receive their answer from God.
Jesus Christ on the Mount
We should follow the example set out by the Son of Man. He too spent intimate time with God on mountains. The Bible has several examples of this happening.
It refers to when Christ fasted for 40 days and 40 nights and later was tempted by the devil on a mountain –
- Matthew 14:23-24 “After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone, and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it.”
- Mark 1:35 “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”
- Luke 5:16 “Yet He frequently withdrew to the wilderness to pray.”
